Autopilot
Autopilot is a robotics marketplace that helps commercial businesses automate cleaning operations by sourcing, deploying, and managing autonomous robots like the Pudu CC1, while handling everything from sales and onboarding to ROI validation and deployment.

Project 1: I transformed outbound sales from a manual, generic process into a scalable, data driven system by segmenting the market by facility type and operator persona and building tailored campaigns for each. By tracking performance daily and pairing A/B tested messaging with customer discovery calls, I uncovered segment specific needs like pickleball facilities requiring faster drying and controlled water usage, which increased reply rates by ~10%, led to a $40,000 closed deal, and contributed to over $120,000 in total closed won revenue through a repeatable outbound motion. Project 2: I increased brand visibility and inbound lead quality by applying SEO and AEO optimization strategies that targeted high intent keywords specific to commercial cleaning, robotics, and facility operations. I identified and implemented keyword driven website improvements to rank for buyer relevant searches, then paired that with Meta ad campaigns to drive qualified inbound traffic and revenue. In parallel, I automated lead capture, enrichment, and routing workflows using n8n, Clay, and GPT, which reduced sales cycle time by 20 percent while delivering higher quality leads to the sales team. Project 3: I led product roadmapping, development, and delivery for three internal sales tools while managing a team of four engineers and operators. I product managed a custom web scraper to surface high intent leads, an ROI calculator used live on sales calls to quantify customer value, and an additional internal workflow tool to streamline rep processes. By translating sales pain points into clearly scoped roadmaps and iterating based on rep feedback, these tools improved sales representative efficiency by ~40% and enabled a faster, more data driven sales motion.
