Truleo
Truleo is an AI-powered police assistant that helps law enforcement agencies review body camera footage, surface critical moments, and improve transparency and accountability. As a Product Management Intern, I led cross-functional initiatives to ship new growth features, translated user and stakeholder needs into PRDs and prototypes, and supported the deployment of AI-driven capabilities within a secure, CJIS-compliant environment.
Project 1: I led a cross functional team of six across product, design, and engineering to deliver new growth features for an AI powered police assistant used by law enforcement agencies. I owned coordination and execution from discovery through delivery, ensuring technical feasibility while keeping user needs front and center. This work improved alignment across teams and directly increased officer engagement by ~30% through features designed around real operational workflows. Project 2: I drove the end to end product lifecycle for multiple initiatives by translating abstract concepts into 30+ high fidelity prototypes using Figma and Lovable. These prototypes were used to validate ideas with stakeholders, accelerate engineering handoff, and reduce iteration time. By grounding design decisions in user feedback and rapid experimentation, I helped move ideas from concept to production ready solutions with clarity and speed. Project 3: I authored PRDs and feature frameworks that leveraged network effects and A/B testing to optimize adoption and engagement within Truleo’s platform. In parallel, I mapped Truleo’s existing React.js, AWS GovCloud, and OpenAI stack to support new AI features such as LLM powered summarization, secure policy delivery, and audio playback via Amazon Polly. This work enabled seamless deployment within CJIS compliance constraints while expanding the platform’s AI driven capabilities.
